Studio One Toi Tū, a vibrant artistic hub born from the historic gem's transformation. In less than a year, the studio underwent a significant transformation, incorporating seismic strengthening and comprehensive refurbishment.

Kwanto were engaged from estimation to project management and engineer-to-contract services during construction. The project highlights the team's collaboration and resilience in achieving a high-standard refurbishment while navigating the historical constraints of Studio One Toi Tū.
